My name is Denis Ignatov. Being the fifth generation of Russian circus performers
I present three most original acts in today's american entertainment industry - the dog act, the house cat act and the cube act.
I also present my own Show called "Pet Circus" which includes my both dog and cat acts mixed with educational part. This show was specially designed for fairs, festivals, conventions and other events.
The original idea of dog and cat acts belongs to my mother Violetta Ignatova.
With the assistance of my father Victor Radokhov, who performed with teeterboard and trampoline acts at that time, she created and originally presented the dog act in 1987 in Russia.

The idea of the dog act seems simple, yet very hard to
implement - all dogs in the act should be of only two colors - black or white, and all the tricks should change very fast from one another with the dogs running from behind the curtain and back making the presentation a true flash act.
There was another challenge - adding some cats into the act and making them interact with the dogs.
All of this required a careful constructing of the act and the great deal of coordinated assistance from the backstage.
Following all these guidelines and adding some more along the way resulted in the truly one-of-a-kind act that has become second-to-none in today's entertainment industry!

As to the house cat act, it was prepared here in the United States
and first presented by my parents in 2001 Circus Boreal tour.
They have accomlplished nearly impossible task of training such independent creatures as house cats.
The result of the countless rehearsals was this unique act that instantly became an audience favorite!
Another important feature of this act is that it's entirely different from the dog act. Comedy presentation in the cat act opposed an all-swing retro style of the dog act (which can also be presented in traditional Russian style).

The cube act is my latest creation. Unlike all the acts above it relies
entirely on visual effects created by the reflective surface of the cube that’s being spun at very fast speeds.
Just like the house cat act this act was also prepared in the United States and came as a result of years of training.
And again the presentation of this act is different from all of the acts mentioned above!

Sometimes short circus act is just not enough and that is when the Show comes to rescue!
During this half-hour presentation of both dog and cat skills I tell many facts, stories and even jokes about our most favorite pets.
The Show attracts huge audiences of all ages and combines both entertainment and education in unique and fun way!
Created as an experiment in 2004 it became popular very soon after it's first performance.
